End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the Game. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Game, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, access, or use the Game.

1. Grant of License

Subject to your strict compliance with this Agreement and the respective terms of the digital distribution platform, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the game client software, including updates, upgrades, and downloadable content, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and shall not permit others to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, display, mirror, frame, or use the Game in any manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make the Game available to any third party.
• Use unauthorized third-party software, scripts, cheats, automation software, hacks, mods, or programs designed to interfere with normal operation.
• Create, develop, distribute, or use software or methods to extract source code, data, or content from the Game.
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without the Developer's explicit permission.
• Use the Game to harass, abuse, threaten, harm, or engage in discriminatory, objectionable, or illegal behavior.
• Remove, alter, obscure, or destroy copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Game, including all content, graphics, user interfaces, scripts, artwork, sounds, music, videos, text, software, and other elements, is the property of the Developer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights to the Game.

4. Virtual Items and Currency

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, or other digital assets. Virtual Items have no real-world value, are not redeemable for real money or real-world goods or services, and are licensed, not sold, to you. The Developer may manage, modify, control, eliminate, or change Virtual Items and their availability at any time.

5. User Accounts and Data

You may be required to create an account with the platform or within the Game. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. The Developer's collection and use of personal data are governed by its Privacy Policy.

6. Service Modifications and Updates

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, patch, suspend, discontinue, or restrict access to the Game, or any part thereof, at any time, for any reason, and without liability to you. You consent to automatic updates on your device.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date you first install or use the Game and remains in effect until terminated by you or the Developer. You may terminate by deleting the Game. The Developer may terminate immediately if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Developer disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer, its affiliates, or licensors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from access to, use of, or inability to use the Game.

The total liability of the Developer for any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Developer for the Game in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

10. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Advertising

• Harvest Match may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions through official app stores.
• Payment processes are handled by the app stores, and purchases are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated in this Agreement.
• Subscriptions can be managed through your app store account settings.
• Harvest Match may contain third-party advertisements provided by partners and may use anonymous identifiers for targeted advertising.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees arising out of your violation of this Agreement or your use of the Game.

12. Changes to this Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, the Developer will provide notice before new terms take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in California, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Game and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of those rights.
